Sketches of breaking ice' is an evening of proposals from 3 female artists: Dolores Hulan, Lili M. Rampre, and RobinAmanda. This series of propositions is based on a mixture of text, movement, voice and sound.
These video sketches experiment with the idea of making an appeal to the visceral body by subverting the intimately known: a kiss, sewing, kneading, talking. By distending and distorting these everyday acts and playing with discordant impulses ‘something’ can slip through, through the space created by the reverberation of oppositional forces.
