Fascinated by different ways of complaining that surround the culture from which I come and in general complaining being a big part of the discussions I enter ,I have decided to dedicate some of my time to collect and in some way pile up the complaints in my surrounding.
During the residency I will open doors from time to time to collect complaints during different practices..just a a coffee drinking moment ,watching something ,making music or a dance..

Aleksandra Janeva Imfeld was born in Macedonia and moved to Croatia at early age. She graduated from the School for contemporary dance Ana Maletic in Zagreb and studied dance in Brugges and Lier in Belgium. 2012 she completed the postgraduate program a.pass (Advanced Performance and Scenography Study) in Brussels in which she developed a method of work ”the connector” for collective authorship and is using it within all of her works. She is one of the co-founders of Nomad Dance Academy and Nomad Dance Academy Croatia. With the movement research ‘the dots” she is a guest teacher at SNDO /Amsterdam, ISAC/Brussels and Dance Academy in Zagreb.New inspiration complementary to her physical practice is painting murals and editing videos/dance related movies.
